Stay in Tignes for the premiere. We tried the downhill cycling experience twice in this store. The welcome is excellent, the advice and the equipment are just as good. A big thank you to the staff who are brilliant.
Second year renting our ski equipment, everything goes well every time. The staff listens and allows us to make changes if necessary. I also did a complete bootfit with Sebastien, very professional and I am completely satisfied with it.

At last I have found a decent boot fitter in Tignes! Ask for Sebastien - he really knows his stuff, and likes to help. He managed to correct all the errors made by El#@s Br#@&#m in UK, and finally made my boots comfortable.
Hire equipment is run very efficiently, but as we arrived on Saturday morning at 9am they were super busy and dealt with is all quickly which was good. They also changed one set of boots over no problem at all. So also very good.
The downside was that we paid upfront for the evolution package, but the person fitting boots and skis never checked with us what we had paid for. It was clear to see there was a big difference in the quality of the skis and the newness of the boots between members of our group. I think the ladies were given the basic level skis. We should have gone back and checked with them when they were less busy, but didn't, so that's on us. But I would advise anyone who purchases any superior package to check with them when they issue your equipment.
