At last I have found a decent boot fitter in Tignes! Ask for Sebastien - he really knows his stuff, and likes to help. He managed to correct all the errors made by El#@s Br#@&#m in UK, and finally made my boots comfortable.

Hire equipment is run very efficiently, but as we arrived on Saturday morning at 9am they were super busy and dealt with is all quickly which was good. They also changed one set of boots over no problem at all. So also very good. The downside was that we paid upfront for the evolution package, but the person fitting boots and skis never checked with us what we had paid for. It was clear to see there was a big difference in the quality of the skis and the newness of the boots between members of our group. I think the ladies were given the basic level skis. We should have gone back and checked with them when they were less busy, but didn't, so that's on us. But I would advise anyone who purchases any superior package to check with them when they issue your equipment.

A wide choice of equipment, of very good quality. A very nice restaurant, a delicious snack and above all... very accessible and friendly managers. All in a professional and family atmosphere.

Fitted the whole family with skis , nothing is too much trouble for them - I thoroughly recommend them - I bought some new boots and their professional approach was above and beyond expectation

Buying your own boots for my wife and I has made such a difference to the enjoyment of our ski holiday - the team at Mountain Story were great from initial contact over email to selection and fitting and then adjusting to ensure our boots fit like gloves - thank you

super experience .....le personnel du magasin SkiSet Tignes le Lac super . Un grand bravo à la personne responsable des ajustements des chaussures de ski: il a supprimé des douleurs historiques et insupportables (arrachement de peau sur coup de pied ) sur mes chaussures personnelles (achetées dans un autres magasin en station il y a 8 ans) . Chez SkiSet Tignes le lac , ils ne vendent jamais un paire de chaussure sans les adapter aux pieds du client. ...dans d'autres magasins cela ne leur semble pas utile ....bref une équipe de passionnés qui est plus que au Top chez SKISET Tignes 2100 . ..et en plus leur situation géographique est idéale...face au rond point des pistes et de ESF. J ai même acheté chez SKI SET une nouvelle paire de gants de ski digne de ce nom , alors que les miens neufs de la marque CAIRN (acheté dans un interport hors station ) étaient inutilisables : la doublure ,avec l humidité sur le pistes , sortait à chaque retrait de la main et obligeait à avoir un objet pointu (comme un stylo) afin de remettre la doublure à sa place dans les doigts ...sans un outil pointu, il était totalement impossible de renfiler vos gants ..un truc de fou ..les gants Cairn neufs vont partir à la poubelle .

Équipe pro et sympathique, il peut vite y avoir du monde le samedi soir donc y aller au plus tôt. :) Réserver en avance sur le site pour avoir un tarif préférentiel. @ Les équipements sont de qualité, neufs pour certains et confortables.
