06/08/2026: I was fortunate enough to take this course through the CPF (Personal Training Account), and what a wonderful discovery it was! Brice Robin and his entire team are truly passionate. You can immediately feel their desire to share their expertise and love of coffee. The course is extremely comprehensive, engaging, and packed with practical information that goes far beyond simply learning about coffee. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and full of good humor. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, available, and attentive. You learn a tremendous amount without ever getting bored. The discussions are enriching, the explanations are clear, and everyone takes the time to answer questions. The center is perfectly organized, the facilities are spotless, there's excellent equipment, numerous machines, and everything is designed to allow you to practice in the best possible conditions. Everything runs smoothly and is very professional. It's the kind of course where you leave with real skills, but also with incredible motivation. You see people who are deeply aligned with their profession and passionate about what they do, and that's incredibly inspiring. I recommend this training 200%.
