PIZZ'ALEX sur Pegomas

The pizzas are really delicious and the dough is excellent! 🍕 It's quite difficult to find a really good pizzeria, so I'm so glad I found you. In addition to the quality of the pizzas, the team is always very friendly, welcoming, and professional. A big thank you to you all, I highly recommend it! 😊

No complaints. Good pizza. Impeccable service. Excellent welcome both on the phone and in person.

Alex was present for our visit and he took great care to ensure that my son‘s gluten-free pizzas were made carefully and safely. In addition, the environment was quite jovial and as my family waited outside for our pizzas to be ready, the staff engaged with them very kindly. My pizza was also delicious, and I am from New York City, so I know what a good pizza pie taste like.

Large selection of pizzas; the two pizzas we ordered were very good.

For the first time in years of being customers, we were disappointed. Not by the quality—the pizzas are good—but by the customer service: we ordered three pizzas. Only two were delivered. The delivery driver apologized several times, told me he was going back to get the missing one and would be back in 15 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, I called to find out what had happened to the missing pizza. The phone reception was cold, no apology, just that the driver had left. We assumed the pizza had had time to be remade, since it was a burrata with salad and prosciutto. But no, it arrived cold, the salad wilted and impossible to reheat without removing it completely. An hour after the first two pizzas, we were obviously no longer hungry, so the pizza was wasted. We were expecting a small gesture of goodwill, maybe a little gift like a Nutella pizza, which doesn't cost much to make, but no, not even a bottle of soda... in short, it was our last order. What a shame!

Generously topped pizzas, excellent crust, this pizzeria is truly top-notch. Superb team from the receptionist to the delivery drivers.

Very good pizza, I recommend it.
