28/06/2026: We've been ordering from this pizzeria for three years and everything has always gone very well, until yesterday! We ordered two pizzas, mentioning that I had to leave for work an hour after our call. They told me the delivery would take 30 minutes, which was perfect. After 40 minutes, I called to check if the driver was on his way, and they told me no, but we would be delivered in 15 minutes. However, I couldn't wait 15 minutes; I had to leave for work. We explained on the phone that we couldn't pick up the order and wanted to cancel because otherwise I would have been late for work. The woman on the phone understood and even apologized. We called again three days later to reorder, and this time! The woman on the phone told me they couldn't deliver to us anymore and that we were on a blacklist because we had canceled two pizzas and they had thrown them away. I explained to them that it was their fault because it took them an hour instead of 30 minutes. But it was no use; even though it was their fault, they didn't remove me from that infamous blacklist. So, the conclusion of this story is: be late for work, but pick up your pizzas at all costs, or you'll end up on the blacklist. Well done, Pizzalex! You've lost two loyal customers and were counting on us to tell our neighbors not to order from you anymore.

24/07/2026: I ordered a London-style pizza and was very disappointed. First of all, the egg in the center wasn't an egg as advertised, but some kind of omelet. The dough was still raw in the middle of the pizza, making it difficult to eat. The bacon slices seemed to have been placed haphazardly and carelessly. Most disturbingly, I found pieces of eggshell in my pizza, which is unacceptable. I called the restaurant to report these problems. The owner, in an irritated tone, simply replied, "What do you want? We'll remake the pizza if you like." I declined, as I don't live in the same city and it was impossible for me to return.

07/05/2026: If you're looking for an inn that combines a friendly atmosphere with excellent cuisine, look no further! We were greeted with smiles and genuine warmth. The food was superb, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful welcome!

04/08/2026: Appalling! Avoid at all costs! 3.5 hours for a meal! Zero organization! The meal itself was a disaster, except for the fish course and dessert! The appetizers were dry, cold, or stale! 30 minutes to get the drinks menu! 1.5 hours for the starter, which was supposed to be served on gingerbread. Instead, we got white bread, either untoasted or burnt (for one of our friends)! A friend had almost no guacamole, while my husband had a plateful as if a seagull had dropped everything on the plate! Not to mention the chef's behavior; he spent the entire evening wandering around the dining room! One of our friends told him that 1.5 hours was a bit long for a starter, and she received a dirty look and absolutely no friendliness in return! Another friend, after several requests for a carafe of water, finally got up and asked for it directly! The chef's response: "If you want, I have a hose in the garden!" Outrageous! The cocktails were truly awful, and they charged us €12 instead of €8, and they didn't forget to take our €50 deposit! The music was way too loud, impossible to hear each other, and the decor was pathetic! €42 for this is way too expensive! The waitresses were doing their best; there were two of them, and it was obvious this wasn't their job! Good luck to them having to put up with such an unpleasant chef, to say the least!

02/08/2026: The set menu for €42 was a farce all evening. The owner/chef spent all his time in the dining room instead of serving the food. Despite our complaints about the slow service, he told us he'd go yell in the kitchen, even though he was the one cooking! He made some rather unpleasant remarks. The meal lasted 3.5 hours, with music far too loud, making conversation impossible. The cocktails were overpriced, so be sure to check your bill carefully. And we had to remind them that we had paid a deposit! The extra waitresses did what they could! I do not recommend this place.
