Honestly, bravo for the quality of the dough! I'm quite demanding, fascinated by Neapolitan pizzas, and I honestly really enjoyed tasting your version: thin, cooked through without burning, and grainy as it should be on the back. It was frankly good, especially as close to being cooked as possible... like any pizza, you have to eat them quickly out of the oven to fully appreciate them. Also worthy of praise are the quality, kindness, and attentiveness of the welcome: you were lovely on Friday, thank you for saving our beach evening... We'll definitely be back for our trips to Les Salins. It was an excellent experience 😁
