As for the food, we have absolutely no complaints. We ordered a variety of dishes (pizza, burgers, salmon tartare, truffle ravioli), and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are excellent. The ambiance is also a real highlight. The terrace, situated right on the banks of the Sorgue, is very pleasant, with a magnificent view of the river and the little ducks that come to wander nearby. In such a touristy town, it's sometimes rare to find such excellent service, but here, the waitstaff was exceptionally polite, attentive, and highly professional throughout our meal. We've been several times and we're never disappointed. There's something for everyone, the dishes are generous and delicious, and the value for money is excellent.
