The pizza wasn't great. It was edible, but you could tell it was frozen. The mozzarella didn't melt and was quite hard. And the menu was very expensive. I've had better.

A wonderful discovery at Carissimi restaurant in Metz! I enjoyed an absolutely delicious scallop pizza: the scallops were perfectly cooked and the topping was very flavorful. Special mention goes to the crust, simply extraordinary, light and crispy at the same time. You can taste the expertise and the quality of the ingredients. An address I wholeheartedly recommend; I will definitely be back! 🍕✨

I often find it difficult to eat in Italian restaurants because I'm Italian myself, and the tomato sauce is often not very good, but this was an explosion of flavor in my mouth! Everything was perfect: the pasta, the pizzas, and especially the arancini. Don't hesitate if you like Italian food. Thank you!

Warm welcome from the owner. Pleasant and friendly service. We ordered 3 pizzas and a mixed pizza and salad. Everything was very good and generous. We particularly enjoyed the scallop and prawn pizzas. The classic tiramisu dessert was very creamy, perhaps it could have used a few more biscuits. The wine was very good. We had a lovely time. See you soon!

18/01/2026: Tucked away in a small Italian-style alley, the restaurant boasts a decor reminiscent of Neapolitan taverns. The music playlist perfectly complements the mood and is pleasant. The service, while not exactly professional, was very attentive. There was a problem in the kitchen, and we were offered an appetizer while we waited. When the pasta arrived, we were pleasantly surprised: cooked al dente, with a simple yet perfectly balanced and flavorful sauce. Finally, the chef's apology for the delay is unusual. As my companion said, "Sometimes you stumble upon a gem by chance." 🙂
08/12/2025: Ordered through Uber Eats, the box was frankly very small; for €15 a dish, a little parmesan and a small piece of bread wouldn't have been out of place considering the quantity in the box! However, the pasta was very good.
