Arriving at lunchtime for a single pizza during my lunch break, I asked if I could have another one quickly. I was told yes, but the person preferred to roll out 10 dough balls before even getting to my pizza, which could have been prepared, cooked, and served in under 5 minutes... A real lack of prioritization, in my opinion. In terms of quality, they are still good thin-crust pizzas. However, it would be worth reworking the dough, as it quickly becomes cardboard-like! And in my opinion, a good pizza is judged by the quality of its dough, which should remain supple both on the base and the crust.
