Pizzeria de l'Ecluse sur Castelnaudary

As longtime customers, averaging three pizzas a day, we were a little disappointed last night. Two of the three pizzas were bland (these are pizzas we order regularly, so we know the taste), and two out of three were overcooked (the Cyber and the Bikette). Overall, we've always been satisfied, especially since it's the only place we go for pizza, but given the current inflation, we're thinking a bit more and not letting these kinds of details slide as easily. 🙂

Thanks Dad for my favorite pizza from the pizzeria by the lock, I'm going to enjoy it! 😋

The machine works perfectly, it's incredibly fast, the pizza comes out piping hot, truly amazing!

I wanted a quick lunch since the restaurant wait was too long. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Nothing special, a bit too runny for my taste. I sat on the pleasant terrace and the cook called me over to pick up the pizza. I would have thought he'd bring it to me. It filled me up enough to continue my bike ride along the Canal du Midi.

A great place for food lovers at an affordable price

Very welcoming pizzeria with quick service. The pizzas were very good. I recommend it!

Very good experience, a good atmosphere and little waiting time after ordering.

Really good experience, the waiter was very kind and the wood fire cooked pizza was great.

A perfect welcome in a beautiful setting! A must-see!
