26/03/2026: We went there on a Thursday at lunchtime, just the two of us, without a reservation. We were quickly seated, and the set menu was €19.50 including a glass of wine and coffee. A two-course meal (starter and main or main and dessert) is €16, also including a glass of wine and coffee. There are also other dishes on the à la carte menu. No frills, just a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The owners are friendly, smiling, and in good spirits. I recommend it.

07/04/2026: We had a fantastic time at David's! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The cassoulet was absolutely delicious! We managed to finish our plate between the two of us, but they offer a doggy bag option for those with smaller appetites. Nice decor, I highly recommend it! 🤩🤘

30/03/2026: Fantastic place, very friendly welcome and service, a great cocktail to start with and a view of the chef cooking succulent meats over his wood fire. We also enjoyed their cassoulet, a real treat, and to top it all off, the bill was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed this excellent lunch. A top-notch place, without hesitation :-)

A smiling, energetic waiter with excellent advice and, above all, very attentive to his customers. The food was high quality; we thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, I highly recommend it. We chose this restaurant based on online reviews, and we recommend it 100%: 5 stars for the welcome, 5 stars for the food, and 5 stars for the atmosphere. A family-run restaurant serving local, home-style cuisine with hearty and delicious dishes. Thank you for your professionalism and for the pleasure of sharing good French food. They offer a suitable and generous children's meal at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return to this restaurant whenever we are in Castelnaudary.

05/04/2026: The staff were lovely. They spoke Spanish and were very friendly. They even left the kitchen open a little longer for us because we arrived late. The salad was amazing! A great place to eat in the area, quiet and with a friendly, family atmosphere.

07/03/2026: A great place to eat in Castelnaudary. The food is good and beautifully presented. The cassoulet was particularly delicious. The restaurant is very spacious, both inside and out. There's also a bar. The service is quite fast.

25/03/2026: I booked a table at this restaurant because we were visiting the area the next day, and it exceeded our expectations. The cassoulet was top-notch, and the baked Camembert was delicious and generously portioned (the side potatoes were fabulous). Excellent value for money! I definitely recommend it and we'll be back :)
