04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly restaurant (friendly owner and waiter), as well as our American table neighbors, great encounters.
You absolutely have to stop at this little restaurant for this famous cassoulet 😋
If we go back through Castelnaudary, obligatory stop at Ptit Moka 👍
Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't be disappointed.

I have been passing this restaurant regularly for 10 years, but I have never had the opportunity to stop there.
From the outside, the restaurant may not be eye-catching, but don't stop there.
One lunchtime we finally chose to stop there to try the restaurant, before returning to Toulouse.
It was a very beautiful and pleasant discovery. Warm, no-frills establishment. Homemade, family-style, tasty and generous cuisine is served there.
We left the restaurant very happy, with our bellies very full, we will come back!!!!!

28/03/2024: Having stopped off in Castelnaudary with a colleague as part of a business trip to enjoy a good cassoulet for lunch, we were not disappointed. Having taken a menu for 28 euros, we tasted local products (which is very good) of high quality and the chef - very friendly - is generous with the portions of cassoulet.
The restaurant is simple, without frills, and for the atmosphere I can't judge because we were the first customers when we visited and the chef explained to us that the locals often come for takeaway.

The only downside was that a friend who came to join us was not able to have lunch by sitting 3 on a table for two. !!!! It absolutely did not interfere with the service. Damage

31/03/2024: We went to the restaurant as a family (accustomed to good homemade cassoulet because we were Chauriens by birth)
Everything we ordered, salads with foie gras, cassoulet, desserts of the day, was perfect!!! The waitress, the waiter, both very friendly!
Very good value for money 👍
