As usual, this restaurant is a sure bet. The food is good, and the welcome is warm. One of my favorite places in Troyes.

I've been going to this restaurant for about 10 years now. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of the food. I've never been disappointed. The welcome is always warm and friendly.

The food is exceptional, the dishes are delicious and generous. The service is satisfactory but not very friendly, which is a shame. The atmosphere is therefore acceptable, apart from the staff's lack of enthusiasm, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. In short, a good restaurant that you should try without hesitation.

We were quite disappointed with our visit. The service was very slow (it took an hour to get our pizzas) and my husband's pizza arrived far too overcooked…

This review is primarily for potential vegans who might happen to walk through the doors of this pizzeria while passing through Troyes. - Positive point: - I was able to request a tomato base with various vegetables and mushrooms. - The toppings were generous, and the crust was just right (I ordered the Napolitana/Napotalitaine (no offense to the purists), meaning a slightly longer fermentation process with puffed edges). - Negative point: - So, not a truly 100% vegan pizza. - The server who took our order wasn't trained in the different types of diets (a bit of a shame in 2025), so my patience was very limited. I ended up coming across as the aggressive vegan on duty, with a rather disdainful tone, I admit.

16/10/2025: One of the best pizzerias I've discovered in Troyes, or even in France (I'm no expert in the field, though). But if you're ever in Troyes, I highly recommend it. My favorite is the Bolognese. I had the Bolognese once while passing through in 2018, if I remember correctly, and this time I tried it again. It's still just as good; it brings back some of my fond memories of Troyes.
