A wonderful evening with friends Top-notch service, very professional The pizzas are thin and excellent, the desserts are homemade, the dishes are grilled over a wood fire, and the service is super efficient. A highly recommended place.

A superb establishment at the foot of the Colorado Mountains. A very high-quality welcome and service. The menu is truly diverse; you're sure to find something you like. The prices are reasonable, and there are several set menus. The products come exclusively from the local area; the andouille sausage and other meats come from a delicatessen 900 meters away. The setting is magnificent, both day and night. Be aware that reservations are required for dinner! The restrooms are super clean. You can sit outside or inside. A "like" for my Google review, thank you, and enjoy! 🇫🇷

11/11/2025: We had lunch there today... It was very busy, but despite that, there was hardly any wait to be served. The waiter was very friendly, and the food was delicious because everything is homemade. I highly recommend this bistro.
