This is the best pizza I've ever eaten.
I mean it literally: the quantity and quality are definitely there. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything is homemade; it's a real treat. There's a wide variety of choices to please everyone, and the terrace is very pleasant, especially since the prices are very reasonable. I recommend that anyone stop by this restaurant in the heart of the Provençal Colorado after their famous hike.

I walk past it every day and I say to myself every day we have to come and eat here, the setting is very relaxing the service is very good and the homemade smoked salmon is a real delight, the pizza is excellent.

After visiting the Colorado Provençal, we stopped at this charming little restaurant.
The waitresses were delightful, and the food was delicious, especially the perfectly braised lamb shank.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a very pleasant time on the shaded terrace.

The pizzas are excellent! Generous, flavorful, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The staff is lovely despite the fast pace due to the busy atmosphere. There's hardly any wait. The setting is very pleasant: a spacious, shaded terrace in a quiet location.

We had a wonderful evening. It started to rain, but the waiters and waitresses didn't let it faze them; they adapted and moved those who were exposed to the rain onto the terrace, all with a smile. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizzas, very generous portions, cooked in a wood-fired oven.
It was incredibly busy for a Sunday evening; we had a reservation but waited an hour before being served, even though the waitresses were running around everywhere.
One small drawback: the person behind the bar wasn't very friendly with the waitresses when they brought back the trays. We had to wait to pay, which we didn't appreciate, given the pace of the service.

Nice Location, service was professional, neutral but without charme. Unfortunately the food was below average experiences. Pizza full of toppings, partly too heavy e.g the overloaded Pizza Provencale. It has nothing to do with an italian Pizza. Salads OK.
