We received a very warm welcome, even though we arrived without a reservation (a group of eight). The service was perfect. The oysters were excellent. The aioli was impeccable. Only the pizzas weren't a hit with everyone.

A tourist restaurant for a quick lunch, neither excellent nor infamous. Prices are in line with other restaurants, the ingredients are decent, and it's not clear whether they're fresh or frozen, but we can tell that the calamari and squid were frozen the day we tried it. The mussels are recommended. Friendly staff.

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews about this establishment! We come to Les Saintes twice a year and always eat at L'Esperando. We're never disappointed: fast service, very friendly and professional staff, a wide selection of dishes, and perfect cuisine.
