18/04/2026: A Savoyard gem not to be missed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A must-visit if you're looking for authenticity and delicious food.
The main course: I opted for the warm goat cheese salad and I wasn't disappointed! The ingredients were fresh, the cheese was flavorful, and the dressing was just perfect. It's rare to find such a generous and well-prepared salad.
The dessert: A huge congratulations to the pastry chef. You can taste the skill and passion in every bite; it was the perfect ending to the meal.
The service: The service was impeccable, and the hospitality was truly evident. A big thank you for the small bottle of Chartreuse offered as a digestif—a thoughtful touch that made all the difference and brought the evening to a beautiful close.
In short, a mountain atmosphere just the way we like it. I'll definitely be back!
17/04/2026: A true journey to the heart of Savoy.
From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm and authentic atmosphere, where the wood and stone already tell a story. But it's on the plate that the magic truly happens. The ingredients are of impeccable quality, clearly selected with exacting standards and respect for the local terroir.
The fondue, wonderfully smooth, reveals a perfect balance between richness and finesse, a far cry from the heavy versions one sometimes encounters. The charcuterie, for its part, is perfectly balanced: aged, fragrant, and not overly salty, it elegantly complements each bite. Special mention goes to the potatoes, often relegated to the background, but here perfectly cooked and flavorful.
The service is attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating a genuine knowledge of the products and wine pairings, which is always appreciated.
An establishment that honors Savoyard tradition while subtly elevating it. A must-try for discerning mountain cuisine enthusiasts.
My compliments to the pastry chef, a true gentleman!
