Hello, we had a very good meal. All the staff were kind and friendly except for one waitress who had red highlights in her hair. It would be too much to ask her to smile; we really felt like we were bothering her. It was a disaster; she clearly has no business being in the restaurant industry. On the other hand, all the other staff were lovely!

I don't know what to say, I'm speechless. To put it simply: a culinary orgasm. Bravo to the staff and especially a huge thank you to the chef for the quality and flavor of his pizzas.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere is great, the service impeccable, and the food is of very high quality! If you're looking for a good restaurant with family, friends, or even on your own, I can't recommend it enough.

The food was good. It was just a shame that we had to wait an hour, after we had finished our meal, to be able to order dessert. We also had to ask three times for an ashtray and a carafe of water before they finally brought them. In my opinion, this is more due to the restaurant scheduling too little staff, since the staff themselves were friendly.

I got takeaway, but Novita guarantees a good pizza. And the staff are very good even if you eat in.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. We went for lunch, and despite having an air-conditioned dining room, they seated us in the entrance area, which was almost as hot as outside (39°C heatwave). When I went to pay, which was right next to the dining room, I finally felt a bit of coolness. In short, we were so hot that we only ordered the first course and didn't even get dessert or coffee, as it was unbearable to be there.
