Cuisine is both technical and creative. The dishes are of great subtlety, the service impeccable.
You have to linger on the flavors and aromas to fully appreciate the culinary mastery of the team in the kitchen.
Discussions allow us to realize that nothing is due to chance.

I was lucky on Saturday March 2 to be invited to dinner in the restaurant's cellar. Magnificent moment, a sumptuous food and wine pairing. The remarkable availability of Christophe who guided us throughout the dinner with his explanations both on the conception of the dishes and the characteristics of each wine tasted.
A moment suspended for a few hours.

The ending was excellent. Disappointed by the original dessert but with a traditional taste. The name "fluted" chocolate filled with tangerine is confusing: the shape was there but it was a chocolate mousse not a biscuit!
