08/04/2026: While passing through Nantes, I had the pleasure, along with my family, of spending some time at this establishment, which delighted us from beginning to end. The hand-cut steak tartare was a true delight, made with fresh, simple, and effective ingredients. The service was quick and always with a smile. Thank you to the whole team! I will return with the greatest pleasure. As a chef myself, but in the southwest, I highly recommend this place; you will have a very pleasant time. Thank you for bringing our profession to life with such pleasure and dedication.

22/01/2026: A very warm welcome, pleasant and quick service. The lasagna was delicious and served piping hot. A slight disappointment with the chocolate cream with Espelette pepper, which was very spicy... we usually enjoy that kind of heat, but frankly, apart from that, we highly recommend it. Best of luck!
