We placed an order for 90 euros for delivery. On arrival, the beef and cheese skewers are charred, therefore inedible. We call and the response we get is this: we don't handle complaints, you have to call the platform through which you placed the order... The interlocutor looks down on us in a mocking and sarcastic tone… “otherwise you just have to bring us the skewers so we can check! 😳😳 why have us delivered if we have to travel! Everyone can make mistakes! All we had to do was have 2 new pairs of skewers delivered to us! This is how B. handles problems! Not very commercial!
