Planète Wok sur Charleville-Mezieres

Nice buffet. Just one small drawback: the tables for two. I find them too close together, so there's not much privacy. But everything else is perfect.

Never been disappointed, lots of choices, I recommend it

A wonderful discovery: the new Planète Wok in Charleville-Mézières. The decor of this new space-themed restaurant is quite incredible and very well done. The room surrounding the buffet is enormous, as is the buffet itself, which offers an impressive selection of sushi, seafood, appetizers and Asian dishes, wok dishes, and desserts. The sushi selection is amazing, and the food is delicious. The use of robot waiters makes serving drinks easier and adds to the futuristic atmosphere.

The food is delicious and full of flavor. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and comfortable. I would happily dine here again whenever I’m in the area.

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, we reserved a table for 6 adults, one child, and 2 babies in strollers. We were seated right in the middle of a busy aisle... so you can imagine how difficult it was with the strollers... a nightmare!! (Yes, yes, I did warn them on the phone.) We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, and even then, we had to go find the waitress. Halfway through our meal, we asked for more drinks, and after another 20 minutes, still nothing. We had to go get them from the bar again! And the lady at the counter at the end, she couldn't possibly understand that we each paid our share... in the end, €100 for 3 people (2 adults & 1 child of 2 and a half). It's true that at that age you eat like an adult! ^^ Their child pricing is clever: - 1 year old (free) / - 1.40m €6.90... (my child is 90cm tall at 2 and a half years old)! Ridiculous... needs to be reviewed!

We went there on a Sunday evening. The price was unjustifiable, the dishes were half empty, nothing special compared to a weekday menu. We were disappointed.

We go there on the days at 26 euros, in case it is different on other days, everything is delicious, the staff is very nice, there is a lot of choice, from shellfish, to snails, to more Asian dishes, the downside is the rather industrial and noisy room, the price of drinks, but overall we eat well and have a good time!

Very good restaurant with a lot of choice. The fresh produce is fresh and the hot dishes are really hot, which is rare in this type of establishment.
