The team and staff were very friendly, quick, and dynamic, with a great atmosphere. The seafood was very good and fresh (the hot razor clams with parsley sauce were wonderful!). Regarding the prices, some items are reasonable, but the overall cost is still a bit high, as are the drinks.
However, I wasn't disappointed because they are very welcoming.

For the last few hours of our weekend in Normandy, what could be better than an oyster tasting?
Well, it was an excellent experience, from the warm welcome to the helpful advice from our server about both the oysters and the wine.
And what can I say about the taste of these oysters? Delicious! We even went back for seconds 😍
Thank you to Maison SAITER for allowing us to enjoy these last moments in this perfect weather.

This establishment is a true institution, and having lunch there under the Trouville Sunday sun is a privilege to be savored. The oysters are fine de Claire, the hot squid and razor clam dishes are excellent, and the service is wonderfully friendly. Taking your time to enjoy your choices is a luxury, as a seat in the sun is highly coveted.
