Pokawa sur Paris

Located in the shopping mall next to the Arche de la Défense, this pokawa offers a series of different recipes. Today, I tasted a “hot poké”, a “Teriyaki Hot Poké Katsu”. Well... It wasn't ecstasy. Maybe it's better to stick to the classic principle of cold poké. My Chicken Katsu was clearly undercooked and the rest was relatively okay. Well, for this season, it was clearly not the right choice. I will come back from spring.
