Yes, it fulfills a certain stereotype for Americans to visit a BBQ place in Paris. But...this place is the real deal! The brisket was fantastic and all of the servers were friendly and accommodating.

The photos are gorgeous, but the food is absolutely fabulous. I'm not usually a big meat eater, but this is the best restaurant I've ever been to. The servers are absolutely lovely. The salads, sides, and cocktails are all truly delicious.

The team is amazing, the menus are great, and the meat is super good. I highly recommend it.

This place should be on everyone's list of bbq places to eat.

Excellent place!! 🥩 The quality of the meat is superb: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken… everything was perfectly slow-cooked between 2 and 3 pm. We were in a group, and the staff gave us great advice on creating a varied platter with delicious side dishes. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only slight drawback is that reservations aren't possible for groups of fewer than 6; you have to queue, which can take a little while. But the wait is definitely worth it!

Improvement is definitely needed. The brisket was over cooked and dry. Very disappointed. I would not bother to revisit this place.
