After visiting a house, my partner and I stopped at this establishment. A truly charming couple. Their hospitality and kindness were indescribable. I read a review about the chef. A very negative review. Rest assured. First of all, he wears the traditional attire. I ordered a second serving of his salt cod brandade. A thurie. My wife won't be happy about that, but it was just as good. A very reasonable price. I can't wait to go back and try his Basque chicken. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

13/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Le Puy-en-Velay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we had a truly delightful time. The burgers are generous and served with a handy little wooden skewer. They were cooked to perfection, and the bun, sprinkled with seeds, adds a delicious texture. It's a place where you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. We'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: A very good hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian areas, which are very nice to see. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, although the soundproofing and the price are a bit high. The restaurant offers good service with a smile, but the prices are too high, even though the food is good.
