Populus sur Rodez

A warm and friendly welcome! The ingredients are fresh, and the combinations result in inventive, flavorful, and unique cuisine! Both the wine and the local Cantou beer were delicious. Our taste buds are still tingling and savoring the memory! We will definitely be back! Thank you for this culinary journey and this lovely time! See you soon!

Excellent restaurant with high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended! 😀

Passing through Rodez, a real gem! A lot of hard work went into this, thank you for the wonderful experience. Sophie Bruno, Savoie

€24 for a starter, main course, and dessert. Beautiful, original, floral-adorned dishes, and above all, delicious food. A car-free street, quite quiet, and friendly service. In short, a very enjoyable meal.

A restaurant where you can delight your taste buds with exquisite cuisine and incredibly fresh ingredients (on a terrace overlooking a pedestrian alley in the summer), with top-notch service! Remember to book in advance 😉

Excellent food!! Really. Friendly staff and good wines.

A very warm welcome. The food was refined and delicious. Excellent value for money. This restaurant was a great find. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area again.

A superb table, refined cuisine, a warm atmosphere – everything you could want when you go to a restaurant. Excellent. We'll be back.

This restaurant lives up to its 5 stars: we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The recipes and presentation of the dishes are sophisticated. Beautiful view of Rodez Cathedral.

Everything was perfect, the food was delicious and refined. A wonderful blend of flavors, and the vegetarian menu was equally delicious and refined. We were a table of 17 people and everyone was delighted.
