We tried the Porcus burger and the burrata salad; both dishes were perfect—beautifully presented, generous portions, and delicious. Kudos to the chef for these wonderful creations that leave you wanting more! We recommend it 100%. Add to that the excellent service and a truly warm welcome, all delivered with a smile—something that's becoming quite rare. Thank you! 🤩

A meal for two, weekday lunchtime. Excellent sauerkraut made with quality ingredients. Friendly service and a very reasonable bill. I appreciated being able to choose what I wanted in my sauerkraut, not from the set menu. Thank you.

Butcher shop-delicatessen-restaurant on Place du Temple Neuf. The butcher shop is on the ground floor and the restaurant is on the first floor. It's not very big, with about thirty seats. The waitress is very friendly and explains the ingredients of each dish very well. The menu features dishes that are a bit out of the ordinary and come directly from the butcher shop. There are also local dishes (sauerkraut, baeckeoffe). The prices are reasonable. We opted for the pot-au-feu salad and the baeckeoffe. The first was superbly presented, it was a fantastic plate :), the second could have been a little more generous, but of course, both were excellent. Excellent restaurant.

Our last visit was a year ago, when we stumbled upon this butcher shop/restaurant. We only went into the shop. They have fantastic products and a great selection. Unfortunately, my French is poor to very poor, but there was a saleswoman who spoke some German, thank you for that! We would have loved to buy more, but the language barrier remained, even though we all tried our best! At home, we tried the products and regretted not buying more – delicious, delicious, delicious! Kudos to the master butcher and his team! We'll be back with a translator!

24/05/2026: The restaurant is located in the romantic part of Grand Île, in Petite France. During yesterday's visit, one waiter (tall, slim, between 25 and 40) stood out negatively by constantly snapping at his colleagues to hurry up, while he himself was constantly rushing around, creating a very unpleasant and nervous atmosphere. While serving quickly is certainly possible, this was completely excessive. The young woman who served us was very nice, and we felt a bit sorry for her because she was constantly being snapped at by the aforementioned waiter in front of the other guests. Unfortunately, I personally didn't like the crème fraîche on the tarte flambée this time either, so I didn't eat about 80% of it. I had tarte flambée there two years ago, and I enjoyed it then. Based on my recent visit, I wouldn't go back because of the hectic atmosphere and the poor taste of the food.
24/05/2026: Simple and efficient for lunch. There's a terrace, which is great in the summer. We had salads and flammekueche, and they were good.
