We ate there, on the terrace under the trees, nice and cool and shaded. The service was friendly and very responsive. The meal was excellent, with generous portions (sauerkraut) for a price lower than the average restaurant in Strasbourg's tourist area. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A superb discovery for our taste buds!
While visiting Strasbourg for the day, we stumbled upon this artisanal Alsatian charcuterie and restaurant quite by chance. The food was excellent, the products top-notch, the sauerkraut to die for, and the service superb. A must-visit!
Well done to the entire PORCUS team!

DEVASTATING.
Unfortunately, I arrived at a time when the restaurant was closed, so I couldn't sit down and appreciate their service.
I settled for two slices of jambon au croute to go, and I was blown away by the flavors.

We tried the Porcus burger and the burrata salad; both dishes were perfect—beautifully presented, generous portions, and delicious. Kudos to the chef for these wonderful creations that leave you wanting more! We recommend it 100%. Add to that the excellent service and a truly warm welcome, all delivered with a smile—something that's becoming quite rare. Thank you! 🤩

A meal for two, weekday lunchtime. Excellent sauerkraut made with quality ingredients. Friendly service and a very reasonable bill. I appreciated being able to choose what I wanted in my sauerkraut, not from the set menu. Thank you.
