Excellent fried carp, perfect welcome 👍 and the kitchen duo was efficient 👏👏

Arrived Saturday morning, pleasant and smiling staff, great selection of products in the display cases at 8am...nice place

Disappointed by the bread rolls (one wonders if they were stale), dirty tables, and a cold atmosphere. Fortunately, the waitresses were excellent: polite, smiling, and attentive to the customer. We much prefer Poulaillon Kingersheim.

There were at least three girls at the till, and when we arrived with ten of us, we could feel the panic. It was also a Tuesday afternoon, so there weren't many customers. The staff struggled to organize the order we took... a 15-minute wait for two hot chocolates... admittedly, there were more than ten orders, but the responsiveness was lacking. I got up again to place another order. There was only one person at the till because the other cashiers were busy with the trolleys and restocking... they saw me waiting, but no one interrupted their tasks to serve me. As a result, I waited another four or five minutes for a slice of chocolate cake. I found it tedious to have to wait so long, and especially to see the girls close their eyes and act as if it was normal for me to wait... The quality of service was negligible, which is a real shame because it reflects the establishment's image.

Came today, October 15th, around noon, my son and I don't know the place, we order sandwich menus, I tell her at the end that it's on the spot, she says you should have said it before, uh it's up to the employee to ask on the spot or to take away, she answers me with her haughty and stressed air of life if we ask all the customers we'll never finish! Madam the blonde ponytail and glasses must change jobs and keep smiling!

Very clean place and friendly staff. The food was delicious as usual, with lots of ocean and chicken 😊🫢

It's the decline..., more expensive, less good, the taste of certain sandwiches and desserts has fallen below the quality of a few years ago... But hey, it's local, it's chicken...
