Not the best in the chain when it comes to customer service. I ordered a salad: no dressing, no cutlery, and no napkin. I ordered a coffee: no sugar or stirrer. Usually, these are offered, but not even here; the food is just put in bags, you pay, and off to the next customer. The truck parking area reserved for customers is riddled with huge potholes. Bring a spare tire.

Please stop saying all the time (and with this...) yes, that'll be all. You can buy 50 rolls at once and they won't even give you one free, what a rip-off. Their excuse is (we can't, it's already counted), what a joke. Are you a shopkeeper?

A very nice place, ideal for a lunch break, large and spacious. Mr. Poulaillon has recently increased his prices, which is not good for consumers.

Poulaillon Burnhaupt Today, ribeye steak and fries €16.50. The ribeye is still very good, the cow must have been very old!!??

I was with some friends on vacation in the area for a week, and we often stopped there to buy breakfast. The service was excellent, as the waitresses did their best to understand you even if you didn't speak French. The sandwiches were incredibly good and reasonably priced. It was very useful for grabbing something while driving. Thank you so much for everything!

Camping Les Castors

10/12/2025: We had a fantastic weekend in one of the Alsatian chalets. The little Alsatian chalet area is truly superb, and the campsite's Christmas decorations were magnificent; we already felt like we were in the Christmas market atmosphere. The welcome was warm, and the reception staff were very kind and attentive to the guests. Superb campsite, we will definitely be back.
16/11/2025: This is our third time spending a weekend in one of the Alsatian chalets. A real sense of escape, just half an hour from home. The welcome is fantastic, the amenities are top-notch, and the chalet layout is impeccable.
