Poulaillon sur Sierentz

We often go there as a family for breakfast and we've always been warmly welcomed. The waiters/waitresses are friendly and smiling, and all the dishes we've tried so far have been delicious. I highly recommend it!

It's always a hassle; the staff don't even greet you, you have to rush your choices, and you just feel like you're being milked dry. Even as a regular customer, I have to admit I've recently been struggling with the service and the lack of consideration for customers.

Since I discovered this place, it's become our go-to breakfast spot. ☺️ The staff has always been friendly and polite, always explaining things to us with a smile. The food is very good and fresh. ☺️ Ample parking outside.

It's a really stressful place because all the staff are tense and unpleasant even outside of peak hours.

The service was very friendly and the atmosphere cozy. However our food was a little burned and hence not that enjoyable.

I ordered a pecan birthday cake, it was very good, however I had ordered it personalized for a birthday (ordered online) it wasn't done and I liked that less!

I bought chocolate croissants several times this morning at 7:20 and was extremely disappointed. They tasted like they were from the day before; they were stale, overcooked, even burnt. It's a real shame for your business. I definitely don't want to come back.

The Poulaillon in Sierentz has a very cozy atmosphere. I've been there two or three times already and always enjoy going back. The baked goods, sandwiches, and pastries are delicious and fresh. You can taste the high quality in every bite. The staff is friendly and the service is pleasant. It's a place where you'll want to linger; I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

Good bakery. Lots of choices. Some dtaff is nice some are a bit rude.

Hello, I'd like to share my experience at Poulaillon Sirènes. I arrived at 7:30 pm, just as they were closing, and a lovely saleswoman still greeted me with a big smile and demonstrated true professionalism at the end of the day. Thank you to Mae for her work and service. I highly recommend it.
