It's always pretty much the same with Poulaillon, never really disappointed but never blown away either. I'd say the burgers are quite good in Sierentz, however, I bought a raspberry tartlet and once I got home I had to throw it away because the fruit was moldy inside...considering the price, that's a real shame.

We went to Le Poulaillon today and had a bad experience with Laurance, who was unpleasant and haughty. Furthermore, she put chocolates on the éclairs without gloves and served customers, even touching their money... Not very appetizing!

When I arrived, an employee was sleeping standing up. I asked if she was okay, and she told me it was her seventh day in a row. I think you should take better care of your employees, especially given the very high risk of accidents.

Le Gourmandin

06/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, friendly and very competent staff, I highly recommend it.
06/07/2026: A family-run restaurant that has been open for many years, with the same team still at the helm, which is a testament to its reliability and quality. Varied menu, homemade cuisine. The dining room and large terrace are very pleasant.
