Good sandwiches and Morissettes. The prices are too high, in my opinion! 4.90 euros for a small Morissette is outrageous! I'll let you be the judge. It's a shame, it was better before the Wittelsheim factory.

Objectively speaking, I wasn't disappointed with either the food or the service. The atmosphere probably depends on how busy it is (between noon and 1 p.m.). Personally, I've always eaten there in peace and quiet.

Hello, I'm replying to the comment below because I was present during this incident. I think it's a shame to write a review while omitting an important part. The saleswoman remained professional despite a difficult situation, even though she was repeatedly insulted and threatened with physical violence from you. Regardless of the disagreement, nothing justifies threatening someone who is simply doing their job. I saw an employee who tried to manage the situation as best she could in the face of inappropriate remarks. People behind the counter should also be respected; they are not there to endure this kind of behavior.

The parking lot was a bit chaotic, the store was clean, and the products were Poulaillon, so you knew what to expect. It wasn't gourmet, but it wasn't bad either, and the staff was good. At the time, the Saturday/Sunday opening hours didn't match reality; I don't know if that's been corrected since.

Ornella, a young woman with brown hair, was very pleasant and attentive at Poulaillon. She guided me through my choices and answered my questions with kindness and professionalism. I asked for her first name so I could leave a review. I recommend her 100%!

Breakfast on the way back from a school trip to Italy; we were greeted with good cheer and smiles. A very pleasant moment for both the students and us.

Following my visit yesterday afternoon, I was particularly impressed by the welcome from the salesman, Sébastien, whose kindness and dedication to service truly made a difference. He was so friendly and pleasant—a real ray of sunshine who put me in a good mood! This kind of person is becoming rare and deserves to be highlighted!
