Hello, I left a review some time ago in which I indicated my satisfaction with the diverse choices offered, and a problem with the presence of tomato/ketchup saves in the packaging of a sandwich which should not be included. contain (+note on the risk of allergy). I appreciated the fast service (this is still the case today) as well as the very reasonable price for the quality of the product (compared to PAUL where in comparison the prices are abusive since the quality is far below!). I then specified that I could only recommend this brand, at least that of the Muse. I just went back this afternoon and as you will have noticed, it is extremely hot outside but much hotter in your restaurant. I only took takeaway but I quickly felt the heat coming from my feet at the checkout. We suffer for a few minutes but honestly, what misery must it be for the employees?! Really personally I think that just an hour near the ovens or just in this heat, I would have felt unwell. Is it not possible to relieve employees by installing suitable air conditioning or a ceiling fan (or equivalent). It doesn't give a very good image of the treatment given to employees, I think. In any case I wondered since even outside I was already finding the temperature difficult to bear these days. I hope you can do something about it. Kind regards. PS: I am therefore allowing myself to lower the ambiance rating (but to increase that of the service which seems to have improved).

Boulangerie located in the Muse shopping center. Well stocked with a very wide choice of both sweet and savory products. The place is not very large but enough to accommodate a good number of tables. Friendly staff

Always the same!! Staff not the best!! We ask for two hot drinks, one is prepared by a young girl who comes out of nowhere and the second we wait at least 5 minutes for another person to prepare it!! What cohesion and above all what listening to customers!! Lamentable!! I don't understand what the manager is doing!! Oh yes he is busy preparing the sandwiches!!! Where then is he absent!!

Good morning, We had something to eat this afternoon at the henhouse and the cashier service was really not friendly, we felt like we were bothering the lady, she huffed and raised her eyebrows and adopted a rather unpleasant tone of voice. Otherwise the other members of the staff were very friendly, the lady who took our sandwiches was all smiles. Beautiful day

Very mixed opinion regarding this brand; certainly, there is a choice and the food is not bad...however, I am shocked by the hygiene of certain people: I saw the person who was wiping the glasses wiping his forehead with the cloth and wipe the glasses again with this same cloth!! ....some use tongs, some have gloves (which are used for everything!!) others use nothing....the restaurant hygiene rules are not applied... (the toilets are also poorly maintained...) Concerning the choice, it is difficult to make if there are people... unfortunately it doesn't make you want to come back
