The praluline is a real treat. I highly recommend it. Every time we come to Lyon, we stop by Pralus. The staff are always smiling and friendly.

Spectacular experience and amazing treats at this local gem in Lyon!! Numerous unique products-- some made in house and others made at a nearby bakery. But what really made the experience special- and got us to buy way more than we intended was the customer service of store employee MARGOT!! What a special employee you have! She carefully, patiently and passionately explained numerous products to us -- how they were made and what made each one different and special. Thanks Margot for an amazing experience -- we'll carry these treats back to the USA with us to enjoy!! Of course the brioche chocolate chip bread is already being gobbled up!!!

Thank you to the shop on Rue de Brest, who went to the trouble of delivering a Pralus for my daughter's birthday. She's a manager at Héros, Seven. Everything was perfect.

The Praluline brioche is excellent, even if you're not a big fan of praline. It's truly a must-try! The price might make you hesitate, but the taste and quality will surprise you. Don't hesitate! Furthermore, the ambiance is top-notch, and the service is pleasant and friendly.

06/08/2026: Everything was fine. Good selection of beers. Prices are Swiss, so if you're coming from there where they've already ripped you off, paying €10 for the beer of the month won't hurt so much—although it's a 0.50cl bottle and very good.

29/08/2026: Overall, the experience was positive; the cruise was enjoyable, as were the food and service. A minor drawback during our last visit was that the lock passage took longer than expected, meaning we only had 20 minutes of free time in Neuville-sur-Saône instead of the usual 45 minutes. In other words, you shouldn't stray too far from the boat! Regarding the food, the dishes were listed as a side dish with mashed potatoes, but no one received any, which is a shame considering the set menu and the number of customers known in advance! When we inquired about this omission, we were told there were "supply problems." Passing by the kitchen, we saw two magnificent gastronorm trays of potatoes—what are we to make of that?! It's a shame, but the experience is still worthwhile.
