Service team is amazing and empathetic

Good service, good coffee, nice to meet strangers.

Very nice place. The staff are very welcoming. I even dropped a key, and I bent down thinking I dropped a second key and the staff saw me wondering whether something could be beneath the contour, he offered a help and asked me if he can do something. Such little things that matter, as a client I have a nice memory of the shop. Oh, and the coffee along with the pain au chocolates were super clean, hot and freshly baked. The coffee taste is still in my memory.

I have had the subscription for a year and a half, but now every time I come and need to work or charge my cell phone, the outlets DO NOT work (they have turned off the electricity for them). Having a subscription also means having somewhere to work and here you definitely can't.

The administration turned off all the sockets, regrettably. Prets in general are dirty.

Although the employees of this establishment are all very friendly, there is one employee on Tuesday at 6 p.m. whose behavior leaves something to be desired. Not only does she not bother to look up to look at customers when they order, but she doesn't even show a smile. She even goes so far as to shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes in front of customers. It's unfair to other team members who take their jobs seriously.

All the stuff are amazing and nice persons except one (Mariama) she was not giving priority for the client at all, its really pitty for the rest of the team The team is great and kind except for one (Mariama) she doesn't prioritize everything for the customers and I find that a shame for the rest of the team

On y mange sur le oouce, le service edt rapide, le personnel est très accueillant et la salle est agréable. Peut être un peu trop de salade verte dans la garniture
