Personally, my friends and I often get takeout, and frankly, it's good; I have no complaints there, it's great. The service and staff are friendly. The only downsides are the wait time and order errors. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that when you're busy and tired, it's difficult to keep up the pace without making mistakes or forgetting things.
