Pleasant 3-night stay in the Primavéra hotel, ideally located a few steps from the Flyin Club festival; discovery of Saint Palais and the Primavera hotel thanks to this event which for the second year delivered incredible concerts (big names, such as Etienne de Crecy or Kavinsky (see Photo), notably present during the ceremony closing of the 2024 Olympics!) and a great atmosphere.
What a joy to enjoy such a setting, coupled with a festival that brings youth and dynamism to the city!
Regarding the room, sublime view but somewhat outdated equipment for the price. The elevator could do with a little overhaul, we could hear the door creaking/slamming every time someone used the elevator.
Very kind staff, who listened to our requests.
I also strongly recommend the rooms with a sea view, however it seems to me that without this argument I would not return to the Primavera hotel given the dilapidation of the building.
To conclude, magnificent potential (a place full of history) but unfortunately too many things to improve. We look forward to coming back to see you for the next edition of the Flyin Club!

The quality of the staff does not match the location. This hotel has a beautiful location, nice rooms but contemptuous and non-existent customer service.
The staff is not helpful and we felt like we were disturbing them.
Examples:
I asked for dinner at the hotel. The lady at reception tells us that their two restaurants are already full, that I had to get there first. I then ask if I can at least have a drink and I am told in the affirmative. It's 7 p.m., so I go there, I'm presented with a drinks menu and I order. The room was empty and only a couple was seated outside. I then see that they are being served tapas. I then ask if I can. The non-chalant waitress said yes and brought me the same nearby tapas without offering me other things. I stay 1 hour. The tables in the restaurant are always empty. I'm going to look elsewhere. I come back 1 hour later, a few people have arrived but there are still 3/4 of the places empty. My table has still not been cleared. Conclusion: there was room but they did not want to satisfy a customer or work.
In the evening, I asked this 3-star hotel to order a taxi for me to get to the city center. I am told that in the provinces, we walk and that there are no drivers here. (I also come from the provinces...). The lady at reception goes on to say that she sometimes has to ask Ambulance taxis to pick up certain customers. (?!)
I then asked for a bike since it was indicated that the hotel had one available and they explained to me that in fact it was an independent bike rental company, closed at that time and that I had to go there. take it well in advance, when I had reserved my room, to order one..
So I head out into the unlit streets.
On the way, I see that there are buses from the hotel to the city center... Then I learn that there are at least 6 VTC drivers in the town of Saint Palais....

Positive points: the room is very beautiful, the view is remarkable.
Negative points: the person at reception is one of the most unpleasant I have had to deal with in a hotel establishment. Condescending, in bad faith, not accommodating, offers no solutions to basic problems. We were told that the two restaurants were full, without offering, for example, to bring us tapas on the terrace... establishment which also remained empty all evening... Our tables were cleared two hours after our departure (we saw it from our balcony).
This lack of professionalism is regrettable, nothing is done to make the stay pleasant. At the price of the services it is shameful.

Un cadre figé dans le temps mais soigné et propre.le brunch a volonté (boissons chaudes comprises)est divin avec du choix.tres très bon.le personnel est super accueillant et professionnel. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement avec une superbe vue sur l océan..nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Un déjeuner sur la terrasse de la brasserie, vue splendide.
Une carte courte et simple qui change chaque semaine.
C'est bien préparé, c'est simple et bon. Parfait pour un déjeuner.
Le service pas trop compétent, un manque d'expérience évident, mais une volonté de bien faire avec le sourire.
Un bon moment.

Excellent address: a magnificent setting, a very well maintained old building with all the comfort expected in an establishment of this standard, in a quiet area. Adorable staff. Delicious sea view breakfast, very generous, with fresh products. Very well maintained swimming pool
