Pristine sur Paris

We were so happy to have discovered Pristine and even managed to get a table spontaneously without a reservation. The restaurant is very popular, and deservedly so! The waiter was incredibly friendly, motivated, and helpful, and gave us excellent advice on choosing our dishes. We ordered several dishes to share and were absolutely delighted with everything. The vegetarian dishes are creative, varied, and bursting with flavor. We especially appreciated that the small portions allowed us to try many different things. The atmosphere is also fantastic: lively, cozy, and totally relaxed. An absolute must-try for an evening in Paris. We would definitely come back!

The grilled fennel and cucumber were simply extraordinary. Thank you for this wonderful culinary endeavor. Bravo!

Excellent vegetarian cuisine with a regularly changing menu

The recipes are excellent, even if the portions are relatively small (the complimentary bread and butter will satisfy even the heartiest appetites). The only real downside is the ambient noise, which makes conversation difficult. The service remains very friendly!
