Prosper et Fortunee sur Paris

This is by far the best restaurant in Paris. I ate here twice on a trip to Paris 10 years ago. My memories of that time were so precious that I stopped by here from the first day of my trip. I was really glad that it was still open, and I was even more surprised and touched that the chef remembered me. Chef Eric's skills were still fantastic. The best ingredients were used throughout the meal, and the chef combined them to create exquisite and harmonious flavors in each dish. Just by looking at the pictures, you can feel the high standard of the food. We admire the chef's constant creativity as well as his philosophy on running a restaurant. When you come across a place like Eric's restaurant, which becomes even more valuable, it makes you think deeply about the experience people get from eating. Thank you so much Eric for giving us such an enchanting and beautiful time. It felt like the happy moments from 10 years ago remained unchanged. For me, another thing to remember for a long time was added. We look forward to seeing you again in Paris next time.

Chef Eric is a master of his arts. The intimate one-man restaurant creates a truly special atmosphere, where you feel like a guest in Chef Eric's kitchen. While reminiscent of a Japanese Omakase, the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and Chef Eric's personal touch elevates the experience beyond anything I've had at a Michelin-starred Omakase establishment. He was also attentive to our dietary restrictions.
