While the food didn't knock it out of the park, the service, the beer and the ambience made it up for it! The guy serving me spoke good english and was attentive and kind. The food wasn't bad at all. Above average. Small, but decent selection of beers on tap.

A traditional English pub in the heart of Pau. The decor is warm and inviting, and we received a very warm welcome, even on a Saturday night during a rugby match. The food is simple but well-prepared. The servers are welcoming, cheerful, and ready to offer recommendations.
While the style remains English, the menu is in keeping with that of a French bistro: good and hearty. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

The place in PAU to spend a good evening and eat well!! The manager Aude manages her team perfectly, with respect and good humor. The dishes are delicious, whether it's the tapas or the traditional cuisine, never disappointed!! Thank you for your good humor and your professionalism. One of the culinary jewels of PAU in my opinion if you are looking for simplicity, good humor and taste!!!
