This place is fantastic, pleasant, and friendly. The owner and all her employees are very helpful and welcoming. Good atmosphere. That's why I don't understand why they were closed last night, February 7th, 2026. If anyone has an answer, please let me know? Hoping it's a temporary closure.

A surprise birthday party organized with the help of the Balafon team was wonderful! The staff were so dedicated and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The meal was truly excellent, the atmosphere incredible, the room lovely, we had a great time laughing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to the whole team! We will happily return when we are in Saint-Étienne. 🎉👌👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤗

26/03/2026: La Loco In three words: I loved it! I was pleasantly surprised by the harmony of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of the service. This address is now in my favorites for my trips to the Rhône-Alpes region. I had the Victory menu, and this meal, like the restaurant's name suggests, was a journey of flavors. A big thank you to the staff for the service. I will be back.
15/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, we enjoyed our meal from appetizer to dessert. The waitress was very friendly and smiling.
