Honestly, it's a true 10/10. The hotel is superb, ideally located, with parking right next to it, making arrival extremely convenient. From the moment you enter, you're greeted with remarkable professionalism and kindness. The reception team is fantastic, always available and very pleasant. The rooms are perfect: beautiful, clean, comfortable, modern—nothing to complain about. The spa is perfect…with no reservation required. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which is simply exceptional, served on the magnificent rooftop terrace, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Marie and Inès, who take such good care of you with such attention and smiles; it truly makes all the difference. Everything is there for an excellent stay: welcome, service, comfort, location, quality of amenities… I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly return.

A wonderful romantic getaway. The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was lovely, and above all, spotlessly clean. The only slight issue was a stained sheet, but a quick call to reception resolved everything immediately, with a very welcome compensation. We'll be back!

A hotel that lives up to Pullman's reputation, with top-quality service and facilities. Special mention for the hotel spa: A magnificent experience in this haven of well-being. Cyrille introduced me to the Shirochampi Ayurvedic massage, and I highly recommend it. A wonderful energy rebalancing and total relaxation, performed with unparalleled gentleness and skill. Cyrille then perfectly adapted to my needs for a deep and enveloping back massage, a moment of total comfort, and effectively soothed tension. I recommend you experience Cyrille's expertise; his kindness and skill will transport you to a unique moment. Furthermore, the spa facilities, as well as the hydrotherapy massage circuit, are of exceptional quality. The genuine friendliness of all the staff is particularly noteworthy. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Excellent! The hotel's location is ideal for city visitors. Ample parking is available in the underground garage. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We will be back.
