Magnificent hotel for a first and memorable stay in Montpellier, with a dynamic and caring team, of incredible kindness where every detail is thought of and even anticipated.

Clean room, good welcome. Downside: too many people in the swimming pool which looked more like a paddling pool and a children's daycare than a place to relax. Other: paid parking.

Very nice hotel ideally located near the historic center. Top staff, always very friendly and smiling, very attentive and at customer service. The room was very comfortable, plus upgraded like us because the hotel was not full. The buffet breakfast was very generous, varied and of good quality. We also had dinner one evening at the restaurant located on the closed terrace, and despite the rain falling in torrents outside, it was still very pleasant. The quality of the dishes and the service were up to par. The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We had a great time.

A 2-night stay at the Pullman Montpellier. Accor card holder, pre-check-in via internet. Welcome on the day of arrival with a very pleasant person at the desk. The premises are magnificent. The roof top (bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and the wellness area (ground floor, clean and functional) are really the strong points of the hotel. Communication from the hotel with the shopping center which gives direct access to Place de la Comédie. AND ABOVE ALL, the staff is pleasant, helpful and FAST. And finally, a real efficient valet service. A true 4* is back in Montpellier.

Superb team, welcome, room, hearty breakfast. And the must is the open spa available for people who come to sleep. We’re on a roll! It's becoming a regular appointment when we go to Montpellier. Thanks to the whole team we will come back :)

One night stay in a deluxe room. We had a hot water problem and reception immediately offered us another room of the same standard. Spacious, very comfortable, very well soundproofed. Breakfast included very good. Smiling and attentive staff. And what about the spa... A treat. I recommend !

I had a 3 night stay, and it was everything I could have hoped for. A beautifully clean room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom looked new, and was cleaned each day to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little expensive, but had everything you could need or want. The spa facilities were fantastic! I loved the different water/air jets in the pool area, which massaged different parts of your body. The sauna was amazing, and the hammam was super steamy. No nasty smells, and clean throughout. I had the most amazing stay, and will definitely be back in the future.

Very good experience in a place where everything is done to make customers feel good.

Pleasant staff, top spa, beautiful comfortable room. Breakfast well provided. Small downside for the restaurant where the dishes are beautiful and elaborate but sometimes the taste is lacking. Overall to do again.
