Qiao Jiang Nan sur Paris

Quick service, pleasant atmosphere. The food was well-cooked, perfectly spiced/peppered, and served quickly. A real treat! The bill was a bit pricey, but I prefer quality to match the price, so I'll accept it. :)

Overall, the food suited the Korean palate and was good. In particular, the air conditioning allowed us to enjoy the meal in a cool environment even during the hot summer.

Although the flavors were good, the food was pre-prepared and reheated when you order. It's a shame that you lose that freshness; for example, the meat becomes dry (pepper and salt ribs), and the vegetables oxidize (water spinach). The price is very low, and the service improves things somewhat, but not enough to warrant a return visit.
