Quai des Saveurs sur Hagondange

First time at this restaurant. The cuisine was quite refined. However, the value for money needs improvement given the portion sizes (far too small). The same goes for the wine served by the glass! The decor was extremely minimalist for Valentine's Day!

Experience! Extraordinary!! Every dish was sublime!!

I hadn't been for years, and some reviews had put me off a bit, so I decided to go with two friends to celebrate our birthdays. Well, we weren't disappointed at all: every dish was bursting with flavor and color, and prepared with care. Our taste buds were in ecstasy from beginning to end (the only slight disappointment was the overly greasy little apple fritter served as an appetizer). We wanted a light red wine, and we received excellent recommendations without being pressured into buying an expensive one. The service was impeccable—not haughty, but discreet and respectful. We had a fabulous birthday evening, and the value for money, for a Michelin-starred restaurant, is more than reasonable, in our opinion. I'll be back ;-) and I won't wait another seven years!

An exceptional gourmet restaurant with passionate people. A succession of original, perfectly cooked and presented dishes. A unique experience to share in Lorraine. Be prepared for a significant budget, especially if you follow the sommelier's recommendations.

We had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable, and the sommelier was very professional. We don't drink alcohol and greatly appreciated not being limited to just a carafe of water. We were offered a variety of flavored waters, fruits, herbs, and spices with our aperitif and each course. Thank you so much for this thoughtful touch. As for the food, it's pointless to even describe it, as it was simply exceptional; each bite was an explosion of flavors and textures.

I've been a regular at Quai des Saveurs for almost 15 years. I've never been disappointed: the food is superb, the service discreet and friendly, and the sommelier impeccable.

Truly experience, definitely Michelin star deserved. Lots of first for me, as I had abalone for the first time, beef tongue for the first time, as a mille feuilles, and many other extremely tasty surprises : everything has a reason to be in every plate, so that every product is sublimed, and in beautiful dressings. Service is impeccable, both on food and wine. Absolutely not to miss if you’re in Lorraine.

A very pleasant family lunch at Quai des Saveurs. The staff is very friendly and professional, the sommelier will guide you according to your preferences, and the chef creates a wonderfully aromatic meal. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which is exactly what you want when you eat out. Bravo and thank you to the whole team for their hard work and passion. It's certainly an investment, but we will definitely be back.
