We had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable, and the sommelier was very professional. We don't drink alcohol and greatly appreciated not being limited to just a carafe of water. We were offered a variety of flavored waters, fruits, herbs, and spices with our aperitif and each course. Thank you so much for this thoughtful touch. As for the food, it's pointless to even describe it, as it was simply exceptional; each bite was an explosion of flavors and textures.

I've been a regular at Quai des Saveurs for almost 15 years. I've never been disappointed: the food is superb, the service discreet and friendly, and the sommelier impeccable.

Truly experience, definitely Michelin star deserved. Lots of first for me, as I had abalone for the first time, beef tongue for the first time, as a mille feuilles, and many other extremely tasty surprises : everything has a reason to be in every plate, so that every product is sublimed, and in beautiful dressings. Service is impeccable, both on food and wine. Absolutely not to miss if you’re in Lorraine.

A very pleasant family lunch at Quai des Saveurs. The staff is very friendly and professional, the sommelier will guide you according to your preferences, and the chef creates a wonderfully aromatic meal. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which is exactly what you want when you eat out. Bravo and thank you to the whole team for their hard work and passion. It's certainly an investment, but we will definitely be back.

A disappointment for this restaurant. Refusal to serve water by the carafe! I think it's the first time anyone's ever done that to me in a restaurant, Michelin-starred or not. Filtered water cost €9. The chef came by to ask if we had any allergies or if there was anything we didn't like. My wife pointed out that she didn't like ice. As a result, three out of five dishes contained it. When I told her about it, the response was, "Oh yes, but actually, it was sorbet!" Another surprise: a small glass of alcohol served before the cheese, without the price being announced. Very good, certainly, but at €25 per person. In short, the meal was good, but too many oddities for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We won't be returning and don't recommend it. You'll have to form your own opinion.

The staff were very rude to us because we were half an hour late (a GPS error). They then refused to let us order a set menu. We then ordered an overpriced à la carte menu and finished our meal before the other guests in the restaurant. This was clearly harassment. And the food didn't live up to our *star expectations. We eat in France very often, but have never had such a bad experience in a restaurant.
