A wonderful culinary journey, with a particular highlight being the lobster gratin and the lamb. The desserts were divine.
Excellent service.
A little disappointed by the wine list, where champagne dominates almost entirely, with no established food and wine pairings.

Incredible!
Having dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants in the area, this one is by far our favorite.
The service, the presentation of the dishes, the quality of the food, the variety of cheeses—everything is perfect. Both times we ate there, it was flawless!

Well, what can I say... my friend invited me to this restaurant, which I didn't know... and what a warm welcome... the service was excellent, clear, and very friendly... the waiters described the essence of the dishes and made us dream... they were so elegant and so kind at the same time... an exceptional sommelier... And now, the grand finale... a tasting menu, but oh so refined... perfect seasoning for every dish... the sauces... mmm, a delight... a menu from a great chef, indeed... we loved it... we treated ourselves... bravo to the whole team because it was a truly wonderful experience that amazed us... see you soon, we'll be back...

A magnificent evening at Le Quai, definitely the best restaurant in the greater region. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the digestive herbal tea. Seasoning, presentation, cooking, service—nothing to criticize. It wasn't our first time, and we hope it won't be our last. Bravo to the entire team!
