Quai Ouest sur Royan

Nice little restaurant with an ocean view, decent food, the flank steak was excellent and tender. The scallop tartare with its small scoop of lemon-basil ice cream was a truly surprising and delightful experience. Friendly staff.

Excellent restaurant! The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and attentive. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick without being rushed. A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it and will gladly return! We had the €26.90 set menu (starter, main course & dessert).

We were drawn in by the restaurant's attractive, minimalist decor. We received a warm welcome and were seated quickly. The dining room was clean and airy; at least we weren't eating from our neighbor's plate, which was a plus. However, the tables being right next to the open bay window weren't ideal for privacy from passersby. I found the wait for our order a bit long, considering there were still relatively few customers seated (we arrived at the very beginning of the evening service). The waitress was friendly and polite, although she had to speak very loudly to be heard over the music, which was a bit too loud. As for the food, there's not much to complain about; it was generous, well-presented, and really delicious. The meal was very enjoyable. Located on the seafront, the restaurant offers a (partial) ocean view.

We had lunch there today; the food was very good and the service was perfect and quick, which was much appreciated by the children. The waiters were very attentive. THANK YOU 🙏 we will be back

We wanted to go to a nice restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. Our dishes were good and generous, no complaints there. As for the atmosphere, the music was clearly too loud, which meant the waitress was shouting at us (to her credit, she seems to have a disability), and even trying to talk to us was a bit difficult. But otherwise, you have a direct view of the sea, so the setting helps you forget the few drawbacks.

A simple but effective menu, good quality, friendly welcome and service, fair prices. A great place to have a good time.

Reasonable price, fast service, and good quality. However, payment is processed quickly, and the cleanliness of the restrooms needs improvement.

Nous y avons déjeuner ce midi avec un couple d'amis Nous avons choisi le menu a 27€90 Pour moi assiette de crevettes et huitre Je note huître sans S car il n'y en avait qu'une et pas très belle et j'ai meme demandé de la changer et 4 crevettes Ensuite aile de raie riz petits légumes le plat n'était pas très chaud alors que nous avions attendu un long moment pour l'avoir Seul le dessert était a peu près valable Pour mon époux Salade de chèvre chaud (voir la photo) sur un pain de mie sucré et 1 rond de chèvre pas plus et salade noyée dans l'huile ensuite bavette trop cuite avec frites surgelées Dessert glace Pour nos amis c'était la même chose avec crêpe en dessert beaucoup trop cuite impossible de la couper au couteau Menu trop cher pour ce que l'on a dans l'assiette Apparament le propriétaire de cet établissement est aussi celui du Régent a 50 m de là où nous y avions déjeuner il y a 2 ans et avions We really enjoyed the food (see our previous comments). We don't understand the difference in quality.
