Qualys Hotel Lyon Nord sur La Tour-De-Salvagny

Everything was perfect, I recommend this hotel without hesitation, a big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is very nice, in good condition, and well located, very close to the highway with convenient parking. The bedding is good quality, the welcome was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the information provided was lacking: the reception staff gave us incorrect or incomplete information. Overall, a good establishment, but the staff needs better training!

An amazing experience, between the austere appearance of the establishment seen from the outside, and the quality of service or the relaxing calm of the swimming pool and the restaurant terrace, protected from any outside interference.

The welcome was wonderful and the overall atmosphere was truly warm and friendly. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Lyon so much more peaceful. I stayed two nights before and after surgery. I will gladly return under happier circumstances!

Very warm welcome. Spacious and clean room. Just one small drawback: the bathroom is starting to show its age and has a few marks that are disappointing for a 4-star hotel. But overall, we were delighted with our stay.

We booked a deluxe room for the night of May 2nd to 3rd. The room and its amenities were of very high quality. We had the privilege of an hour's access to the private spa area. But what impressed us most was the warm, professional welcome and the dedication of our two young receptionists, Leia and Loumyah. Thank you for the bathrobes! 😉 An experience to be repeated.

Thank you both so much for everything. Thank you for all the thoughtful gestures you showed me, especially calling a taxi. Thank you for helping me get to La Tour Salvagny (a very beautiful town) by public transport (not easy). I highly recommend this hotel; it's very well located and offers good value for money for a 4-star hotel. Hats off! I will definitely be back. Thank you. I would also like to thank the show's organizer, the head of the "Donner la main" association, and all the other associations present at the performance.
