Passing on a Wednesday at 9 p.m. Pleasant staff and fast service but lots of forgetfulness in orders and quite dirty restaurant (waste and trays not collected).

27/01/2026: I'm allergic to several ingredients in the sauce served with the hamburger. This isn't the first time I've tried contacting the company to change my order, and no one is responding. It's irresponsible of you not to meet customer demands, and to make matters worse, Deliveroo, which should be helping in these situations, isn't doing anything either.
26/01/2026: Well, it's a McDonald's, it's mean, but there's this guy with dark hair around 9 pm on a Monday, he's really good, he deserves his bonus, I tell you.
