Staff shortages on weekends. Service is slow, taking 25 minutes. Items are often missing from the trays, requiring an additional 15-minute wait to retrieve them. The organization of tray preparation needs improvement. The products on the trays were not hot.

I found the fries to be very pale, undercooked, and soggy, and they gave us forks instead of spoons for the ice cream. They told us they were out of burgers, even though the whole point of the restaurant is to serve Quick burgers.

The wait is SOOOOOOOOOONG… Either this restaurant is understaffed, or they're poorly organized. I like eating at Quick, but beware of the wait. We waited 20 minutes and then had to go back twice for a sandwich that still wasn't ready.

This Quick restaurant is great, clean, the staff are super friendly, nothing was forgotten in the order, and even when ordering for a family they were quick, we will be back!

A classic Quick restaurant with a dining area on the first floor. Clean, but the service leaves much to be desired; the vending machines are often out of order and there are no freebies during special promotions.

The service was very quick; we didn't have to wait at all. The team was very efficient and friendly. The only downside was the stifling heat inside; I think the air conditioning was broken or something, but it was very hot. Otherwise, everything was hot and very good. I'm not a fan of Quick, but I have to admit the service was excellent. No complaints. The establishment was clean, including the restrooms.

26/05/2026: i have read the reviews but i found this restaurant outstanding compared to other McD's. It seems there is never a paper cover on the trays any longer and I hate to see food on a dirty tray. Here the trays were clean, the food was hot (including Big Macs!) and my order arrived together and quickly. Everywhere was clean and tidy and it was a different experience to other McD's
