Quick sur Montbeliard

Before France - USA, restaurant filled to bursting, despite that I was served quite quickly and everything was hot!

A very pleasant restaurant, I am never disappointed when going to Quick, the service is fast and the staff is very pleasant not to mention their burgers are always so good!

Very slow service, we see that the young girl serving today is not paid to the customer 😂.

I miss the days when orders were made directly at the counter, the service was much faster than with your system of terminals for ordering, then management of these by the staff (which takes a lot of good will to achieve quickly orders, while remaining friendly, smiling) and followed by customers via a screen. There were six adults of us eating today at Quick Montbéliard, we all made the same remark... "How long it takes!". Otherwise, the quality of the food remains within the standards of a fast food restaurant. The only downside is the nameless mess that we see on your cupboards which are used to place the trays at the end of the meal. Please do something to make improvements or change the system. I won't hold the staff responsible, that would be too easy, they are already busy with an apparently heavy workload. I also agree that if customers were a little more respectful, I think your system would probably work better. There may be grounds for recalling instructions. Well, it's up to you.
