Aside from the issue of cold food arriving (a problem unfortunately affecting many fast-food restaurants), the service quality is simply not up to scratch. When ordering (too often...) frequently, something is almost always missing, sometimes even entire meals. It's gotten to the point where Uber no longer automatically issues refunds and requires proof with each new complaint. Update 04/24/2026: Much better in the last 2-3 months. Faster, no mistakes. Almost perfect!

11/04/2026: Amazing wine, amazing wine shop, the waitresses are kind and seem to love what they do. We wanted to come here for a month, and we finally did. My French is terrible, but they still tried to help me request the wine and ask for the bottle. We love this place!
10/01/2026: A unique spot in Nancy, on Rue de la Primatiale, with Alex and his staff—everything is perfect! Homemade and locally sourced snacks, and a unique wine selection.

10/03/2026: It's great to come here. The basement lets us play pool. It's really enjoyable with a group of friends.
07/03/2026: I love going to Mac Carthy, the atmosphere is very good and the staff is always very nice. The prices are fair and the music makes everything better
