This was my first time at this establishment; I was very well guided by Rayan, who was friendly, professional, competent, and helpful. The cleanliness of the restrooms was average; perhaps this is due to the high volume of customers... but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be kept spotless!

05/05/2026: Excellent meal. The calf's liver was delicious, as were the fries. The setting is pleasant, perhaps a little noisy. The servers are welcoming and professional. One small drawback: a bit of a wait at the end of the meal. I recommend it.
25/04/2026: This restaurant is truly fantastic. We were welcomed with great kindness. We were given a table on the terrace so our beagle would be comfortable, and they brought him a bowl of fresh water. The dishes were excellent: bone marrow for a starter, rib steak for me and rump steak for my partner, and to finish, a rhubarb financier. A huge thumbs up for the perfectly cooked meat—it was a real treat! And of course, a big thumbs up for the quality and friendliness of the waitresses and waitresses. So I highly recommend it if you're ever in Aubières.

05/04/2026: The setting is very warm and modern. We received a very warm welcome and the service was very attentive. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. The meats were flavorful, well-cooked, and generous. I recommend the 21-day aged ribeye steak. Note that the ribeye steak needed to be cooked longer (it arrived rare, whereas I had ordered it medium-rare), but I was able to ask for it to be cooked longer and it was perfect in the end! The gourmet coffees are particularly generous, homemade, and appetizing. Kudos to all the staff!
